i'm tired.

so tired...so tired of having sex...so tired

haha, for the two of you who know where that is from, congratulations. ("tired of sex" by weezer off pinkerton...good song)

pinkerton is the most underrated album out there.

anyways, i'm tired. i have been up for 30 hours straight now. i could not fall asleep last night. yet, i'm not that sleepy. i probably would've fallen asleep at work on a normal saturday. not today, though. work actually kept me busy the whole day. boo for unseasonable warmth, it gives me more work. it's supposed to get colder tomorrow, i think. hopefully nationwide. anyway, i should sleep soon to wake up at 3:50 am :(

ok, 1 haiku before bed:

i am very tired
hope b makes me spanish rice
so i have a lunch

hi.

for those of you who don't know, i won my first award for my blog. it was a DBA for best new blog (found in dudo509's blog). i guess my smear tactics against the other nominees worked. haha, im so arrogant, i don't even know what the other blogs were. no, actually, i just have a bad memory. anyways, here is my acceptance speech:

First of all, I would like to thank God, if he hadn't created the Buddha, I would be lost, without his teachings. Thank you to Dudo, who inspired me to create my own blog, also leading to the creation of many other blogs that i now read. Thanks to all of my english teachers, who have had a hand in developing my language skills, which i ignore every time i write a blog. I've prepared a special haiku, just in case i won:

I like to write blogs
I like to win awards, too
Now, I have done both

Thank you.

Ok, for reference, my schedule for this week is: work 5am-5pm sat, sun, mon, work 10 hrs one of the other days, 5 days off. yay.

PS, like my background?

hello.

i have some more time to blog today because i dont have to work till 5 tomorrow. so i will have to sleep late. yay. anyways, how about my cubs pitchers, wood and clement. yesterday, wood was dominant, and lost because the cubs have no bats. then, today, clement goes out with back spasms, while he's cruising.

hahahaha. im watching the end of conan. it's his director's last show, and he's talking about her, and saying "cut to liz (the director)", then she waves, and makes them cut back to conan. then he yells "cut to liz!", and she gets all embarrassed and makes them cut back to conan. then he goes: "NO!, cut to liz!" (being funny), and she keeps cutting back to him, and they do this like 7 times. it was funny.

also, i was listening to AM 1000 today driving home from work, and rosie colvin and keith traylor from the bears are on. i guess, they do this show every monday at 7, people should listen. anyways, rosie is HILARIOUS. he likes to make fun of his teammates, like "r.w. has defensive lineman speed," etc. funny. here's a list of people that you wouldn't think are hilarious, but are:

rosie colvin: as explained above

marat safin: i will root for this guy to win every us open, just so he can get on letterman again. when he won last time, and went on letterman, he was also hilarious.

james iha: he is also funny. not in a conventional way, but kindof like me. ive listened to a lot of pumpkins bootlegs, and he says a lot of funny things in his monotone voice. nothing beats montone hilarity. if i was a rock star, i would say stuff like him. "is..everyone...having.. a good.... time? hey...billy...i...like..your..shirt. it's nice."

hmm, should i start this blog topic? ok, why not. here are some people i know, and i'll tell you about the earliest memory i have about them when we first met or something. NOTE: i will not get to everyone, do not feel bad if you're not on here, i can't remember everyone. if you wanna get on this list, aim me, and i'll put you on if i have an early memory. catfeesh?

first memories of people

b: was always just there.

chico, oiy, gulaya, nit, neda, mink, ada, jenny, bobby, jimmy: also were always just there. sorry guys, you get the shaft story-wise for being crib buddies. of course me and chico would play together more, cause we're boys. we always played with transformers. we must have had about 50 between us at our peak. damn parents making us donate them to thai relatives.

dow (11 yrs old?): saw her at wat for summer school. she said she liked my sox shirt one time. dont really remember the exact moment when i first met her :/.

don (11 yrs old?): saw him at wat for summer school. he was chico's friend. we talked about street fighter 2 i think.

aye (8 yrs old?): it was at wat for that holiday where you pour wax in the big candle thingy. she goes: "whats your name?" i say: "A". she says "my name's A, too." little did i know, that she spelled it this weird, gay way. haha.

caddy (8 yrs old?): at wat. her and pat (patra) were vacuuming the lum room (dance room). i walk in. i think she seemed kindof hostile, but my memory is fuzzy, im not sure. anyways, she goes "who are you?" i go: "A". she goes, "thats not your name, thats my sisters name." i might have argued a little, then i left.

BUA (6-7 years old?): at wat for sunday school. all i remember is she canNOT stop laughing. and stuff isnt even funny. we're sitting in a circle, and just watching her laugh. things have changed, haven't they.

vic (6th grade): at fairview. first memory was when we lined up to go to gym. there was a girls' line and boys' line (you guys remember that right?). since the boys' line lined up straight and quiet first, we got to go first. and our teacher goes "the guys were better than the girls this time, but boys, no laughing." then, vic faked laughed and pointed at the girls discreetly as we left. what a trickster.

sahng-ho (6th grade): well, we officially met in 7th grade in eisenhower, but the first memory of him was when the gifted group of all of the schools in the district got in a bus to go to the frank lloyd wright home. he was sitting behind me with a rolled up piece of paper and smacked me with it. for no reason! i shouldve kicked his ass. haha jk. that might have hindered us being friends.

anuj (7th grade): he was small. skipped a grade, so of course we all made fun of him. who would know, he'd turn out to be the huge stud he is now. he was in all of the gifted classes. oh yeah, he was me and vic's parter in science, i think. no specific memory of the first meeting.

rod (9th grade): we were in the same world studies class. we both sat next to each other, naturally we talked with each other, making fun of our teacher, mr. malone. then we develeoped a cheating system. dont get me started on how lax that class was. got to know him best during college.

chras (9th grade): we were watching "savage innocents", which is a movie for our world studies class. rod sat down the row from me, next to chras. rod goes, "hey piya, this is chris." we both waved at each other. this proved to be a solid foundation for our friendship. haha. actually the first time we really talked and stuff was senior year first semester lunch. you know why we are friends? cause we both loved illini basketball.

dudo (10th grade): first class together was not a smart class, but gym. never really talked to him, just remembered him as some skinny ass, pale kid who must've skipped a grade. the first time we really talked was next year in english (sat by each other).

scott (10th grade): he was in my math class and asked me what a good quality about him was to write about for some paper. i didn't even know this guy. haha. got to know each other better by sitting behind him in calculus sr. year. think about how many friends you make just from geography. sitting next to someone boosts your likelihood of being his/her friend a lot.

ode and rudy (12th grade): went to rod's house and shot around with the ordonez's. they thought when i did my "shawn kemp" shot, it was funny. the shawn kemp shot is just like a normal jump shot, except you spread your legs apart when you jump. actually, first met ode at the first nichel tournament.

amol (senior year hs - freshman college?): i think i first met him in a nichel tournament, i forget which one. either that, or when he visited anuj freshman year. anyways, i thought he was the most combined really funny and really nice guy ive ever seen. usually, you have to be an ass to be funny. i'd rather have someone be funny, being nice is just a bonus. haha, jk.

ryan, goods, winland (freshman college): chras' roomates. knew them from playing bond all the time. boohooohoohooooooooooom!

joe hainaut (freshman college): ryan's abrasive friend. he went nuts when he beat brazil with some bad team in fifa 99. i think that was my first memory of him. also very open with homosexual remarks.

roi (freshman college): "the rock" on sam's town (my floor). saw him when watching chras play against him. got to know him sr. yr college.

stork (freshman college): was hainaut's roomate. just thought of him as another cookie cutter. after living with him for a year, i have confirmed his cookie cutterness.

dan (sophomore college): i was getting rover (lunch) outside, and dan goes: "whats up, youre joe's friend right?" i say "yeah". he goes, "cool, im dan." this is probably the most normal meeting so far.

greg (sophomore college): dan and steve's roomate. we'd always go "whats up" when walking past each other. also played poker a lot.

steve (sophomore college): i met him by asking him the answer to some ece 290 homework. he said "oh, as long as you asked tim, and he said it was ok," or something like that. now we can look back and see how ridiculous that statement is. hahaha, jk.

ray (sophomore college): came into dudo's room. said "whats up".

chinners (sophomore college): an early year party at IT. this kid's face was so red. which leads me to go to the next guy, and say "yo, that kid is fucked up."

danny martinez (sophomore college): the guy i said "yo, that kid is fucked up," to.

jimmy o keefe (sophomore college): in some party at IT, i was really trashed, and mustve introduced myself like 8 times to him. also remember lots of nudity from this boy.

cheese (sophomore college): came down with amol once. the most annoying drunk person i've ever seen, i thought. but this was before i saw b drunk.

dennis (junior yr. college): i think it was super bowl between balt. and new york at dudo's place. then at some party, saw him drunk off his ass. he was breakdancing and stuff. he goes "you don't remember my name, do you?" and i didnt. haha sorry dennis. or maybe the party was first....

ok, i have to go, i am way too tired. if i forgot anyone, just tell me.

here's my impression of sammy sosa saying goodnight: "goonight"

hello. well i should be sleeping now, since i will begin starting some shifts this week. which means either 5am-5pm or 5pm-5am. which means having to wake up at 330am for day shifts. boo. i'd much rather work night shifts, it seems more natural for me to stay up till 5am and go to sleep when i get home. also, i'm going to be working tuesday and wednesday night, which cover sept. 11 (me being extra on a night shift in case something happens that day.) so if you live anywhere in illinois and the st. louis area, and some key power/bus stations get destroyed due to terrorists that day, and you only lose power for a couple of hours, you can thank me. haha.

football today, the bears game was awesome. wish i couldve been there. i think my fantasy teams did ok, ricky williams is a beast. if he didnt get taken out in the 3rd quarter, he wouldve gotten the two tds that his backups got. then again, its the detroit lions. ok, i gotta rage, yo.
