hi.
chico tells me that canadian sluts are plentiful in canada due to the 19 year old drinking age limit. dan and i will have to look into this.
speaking of canada, i was listening to the score, and they were talking about jerome iginla, who is a hockey player. he said he didn't want to invoke a sterotype, but he was fast (he's black). but he wasn't really portraying an african-american stereotype, because he is from canada. so he was actually referring to an african-canadian stereotype. do canadians call black people african-canadian?
oh yeah, me, chras, and dundek were driving through boy's town looking for some gay porn and we saw a gay cat fight (actually we were just on our way home from barleycorn). well, it was kind of disappointing because it was being broken up. but that led me to thinking about some things. one bad thing about being gay is that if you broke up with your boyfriend or cheated on him, there is a possibility of you getting your ass kicked in an ensuing fight. so aside from the emotional pain that straights would feel, there would be physical pain as well. maybe that's why a lot of them are ripped and work out and stuff.
also, chico called me about the new simpsons halloween toys that are coming out again. of course i got excited to get them. but then i got to thinking. the best part about buying those things was the anticipation and thought of owning one. now, they are all sitting in a bag in my room, not being enjoyed by me. why do i have them? i guess i will probably decorate my future domecile with them. it's the same thing with all the pumpkins bootlegs i got. i dont listen to them now, but when i first got them, it felt cool to have them. so will i endure those crappy, greasy kid's meals to get the new simpsons toys? yes. it's only 3 freakin' dollars.

hello.
here's a special afternoon edition of my blog. i've been working nights the past couple of days, so that's why. finally had a couple quiet days at work. yay.
i was listening to the radio driving home from work, and heard that song by everclear, i think it's called "santa monica". it's interesting how songs can still make you go "awwww" because they remind you of that time of your life. and i didn't even like this song. songs like "harvey danger - flagpole sitter(sitta?)" or "fastball - the way" or "marcy's playground - sex" and candy also are songs like that. even "backstreet boys - larger than life" reminds me of college.
i don't know if i just overlooked this station, or if it transformed into a powerhouse just because of lineup shuffling, but tbs is now a good station. 3 seinfelds a day, 2 friends a day, fresh prince in the afternoon, and if you're really bored, they show home improvement in the afternoon as well.
yeah, this is how interesting my life is. my blog is about work, listening to the radio on the way home from work, and discovering TBS. haha. if any of you guys want interesting blogs, you will have to add drama yourself. it will be like one of those "choose your own adventure" books. i think i have read almost all of those back when i was a kid. maybe it's time to go with dan to canada and pick up CHEAP CANADIAN SLUTS.

hi.
ok, i will try and write a decent blog now. haven't been able to lately because of work. oh well. basically, i'll just write about a whole bunch of random stuff. maybe it won't be a decent blog. oh well.
in a huge upset, the song "love at first sight" by kylie minogue has been upgraded to "stuck in my head" to "i like this song" status. all because of the bally's commercial. buddha works in mysterious ways. actually he doesn't because he's dead. ok, nature works in mysterious ways.
one of the best columns is done by the sports guy (bill simmons) on espn page 2. a lot of his columns have blog qualities like mine, except they are funny to a very broad audience, instead of mine maybe being funny to 10 people. the best part is that he seems to like the same things i like, and he writes about them, like godfather movies, sopranos, saved by the bell, chicks, fantasy football.... oh yeah, and sports.
going out in chicago is annoying. first, parking sucks. yesterday we went to tequila roadhouse for oiys bday. we got there at about 8:45. we were perfectly willing to park at that pay lot next to it. full. dammit. check the other pay lot around the corner on north. full. dammit. so then we drive around for an hour to find parking. we would've parked anywhere a took a taxi. still couldn't find it. so finally, we give up, and try the lot by tequila again as a last ditch effort. they have a spot, even though it looks a lot fuller than before. i was glad we got a spot and were able to go, but was pissed that we missed open bar and drove for an hour looking for parking when we ended up parking the first place we looked. anways, thanks again for driving, scott. ok, second reason why going out in chicago is annoying. its expensive. paying $7 for a shot is nuts. you're not gonna tell me a shot of tequila is worth more than a footlog sweet onion terryaki sub. oh well. im mostly pissed about the parking.
i don't feel like writing anymore, so laters. well, i'll put out another good things list. haven't done that in a while.
