hello.

well, the cubs decided they wanted to go ahead and make the weekend a lot more interesting. the rollercoaster ride continues. i couldn't have been more confident about them after cy estes blanking the reds yesterday, now the feeling has turned 180 degrees.

the dudo league baseball championship is also goin down to the wire. this will be one of the most intense sports and fantasy weekends, and i gotta work. sucks.

played golf with chras today. as usual, sucked on the front 9, and settled down on the back 9 ("as usual" meaning both times in my life that i've played 18). of course, we didn't get to finish because it was getting dark. also, it was getting a little chilly near the end. i like that temperature, where it feels a little cold, like 50 degreesish. reminds me of walking home from high school and from college classes and watching chras' intramural soccer games at u of i. it really feels like fall now.

finally, whats up with all the roseanne on nick at nite. where's 3's company? HOW DARE THEY DESECRATE THE MEMORY OF JOHN RITTER!

hello.

the only thing bad about having days off from work is you feel all guilty and feel like a lazy sack because all you do all day is jack around. especially if you have other things you should be doing...aka looking for jobs, studying, or buying new pants.

i haven't written in a long time... damn. looks like the sox choked big time... like a midget whore in the champagne room with lebron james. and they just gave up a leadoff homer to alfonso soriano. sweet. which brings me to my next subject...fantasy baseball. looks like it's coming down to the wire in the dudo league between me and dudo. i think dudo has the edge to win, but i'm still hoping i can win... if only to add more fantasy disappointment to dudo's history.

got to hang out with chico, oiy and dow saturday night. it was good, because i haven't had a dose of thai mafia lately.

taking a page out of b's random fact section on her blog:

remember that game "heads up, 7-up"? well i remember in second grade when i was playing, this one girl christina would always say "don't peek" when she pressed someone's thumb down. of course, she would always lose. so one time she pressed my thumb down and said "don't peek". after i guessed her, she said "you cheated!". and i thought to myself "No I didn't, you dumb slut... Maybe if you kept your mouth closed for once in your life, you wouldn't have to sit down all the time, bitch."

anyways, looking back, that game really sucked. deskball was a cool game, though (where you sat on your desks and threw a ball around, and if you didn't catch it, you had to sit down). around the world with multiplication tables was a good game. i usually tore up the room (our school was kind of ghetto).
