my coworker is having surgery in a couple weeks. one of the worst things about surgery is having to use a catheter. of course, it shouldn't be the biggest thing to worry about in surgeries because a lot of other very worse things could happen to you, like infection, or other complications, but no. i think it is my biggest fear in life. another reason for me to try and stay healthy: avoiding catheters. apparently its as wide as a bic pen :-0.

hello.
tonight will be the baseball all-star game at comiskey. the baseball allstar game is probably the best all-star game there is, because it's the only sport where the all-star game is an accurate representation of a "normal" game. in hockey, there's no hitting, which leads to huge scores. in football, the pro bowl is held after the season is over, so no one cares, and there's no intensity. basketball is pretty decent sometimes, but only because they don't play defense, so players can make crazy plays. there have been a couple close bball games, though. in baseball, good pitching will always beat good hitting, so the talent always matches up. this year will be the first time the league winner will get home-field advantage in the world series. at lot of people are pissed about this, but it doesn't really matter to me. it's just as arbitary as alternating the league every year. it's a moot point if you are a chicago baseball fan anyways... anyways, i always look forward to seeing the chicago guys play. hopefully it's a good game and ends around 10:30 so i can watch it all.
oh that new beyonce video...damn she's hot. sometimes i hear those trumpets from that song in my head at random moments.
doooooo do do do doo dooo dooooooo
also, is there any difference between music from beyonce and destiny's child? besides the fact that she wouldn't have to split any money she makes from album sales (if any)?
