hello.
sorry for the long delay in updating, but lack of internet kinda hinders blogging ability. i just got my cable internet and tv hooked up today. actually, you kindof get used to watching crappy reception and not having internet for a while. but i have it hooked up now, so nuts to that.
before i forget, i wanna say thanks to all that helped me move last last saturday. it would've been a lot harder without any of you.
so how's my place you ask? it's aight, except i'm trying to get the smell of the last tenants out. does anyone have any suggestions? glade plugins just don't cut it. but anyways, if anyone wants to visit, please do. hopefully i'm able to make some friends here or hook up with a harem before my life turns into a big "lost in translation" movie. the first few days were like that actually, but now i'm getting used to it.
so how's my job, you ask? it's pretty good so far, but that's how they all are when they start. anyways, the people at my work that i've met so far are pretty cool. there's a lot of ripping on each other, so i imagine i'll take a lot of abuse, being the new guy, plus being from illinois, as well as a bear fan. they even have a widely used expression for us: "FIDs" (f-in' illinois drivers). or the alternative "FIBs". interesting.
anyways, i'll post more stuff later.
